Funny Things That Happen While in Queue

For Sahl, we wanted to reach a mass audience. They had an old and outdated brand manual, so at first we worked together to develop their branding to make it more versatile and modern. And then we created this first campaign: one main long copy with insights related to standing in long waiting lines to pay bills, and 7 short tactical copies for each part of their target market for better media buying for the brand. The film offers a humorous approach to the little things that happen between people while they’re queuing to pay their bills.
